Correspondence with the India Office regarding the power of the Governor General in Council to continue the term of temporary Additional Judges of High Courts beyond a period of two years. Decision that rule 2 (2) (b) of the Provincial Audit Resolution provides the necessary authority to sanction such continuances on behalf of the Secretary of State in Council.
