Retention of the three temporary additional judgeships in the Lahore High Court for a further period of two years. Decision that Local Govt. are competent to sanction the creation of extension of a post of additional judge for a period not exceeding two years but that the appointment of a person to fill the post must be made by the Governor General in Council.
