Continuance of the grant of special pay attached to the temporary post of under Secy. to the Govt. of Madras, beyond a period of two years, to an I.C.S., incumbent of the post. Decision that in view of the entry ``Under Secretaries`` under the head ``Madras`` in Schedule VIII-A of the Superior Civil Services Rules, read with rule 18 of those Rules, the sanction of the Secy. of State or of the Governor General in Council is not necessary to such continuance.
