Referring to the oversight in the arms Act No. XXXI of 1860 whereby the provisions of Sec: 27 are made to apply to Sec. 25, suggests the passing of n Act of the Legislative Council for the correction of the oversight in question by making the provisions of Sec. 25 only to apply to the persons mentioned in Sec. 27 of the Act.
