In continuation of Despatch No. 11, dated 12th April 1887, transmits copies of letters from the Administrator General, Bengal, and the Government Solicitor, regarding the estate of Mrs. Katherine Smith, and requests that a copy of the burial certificate of the Colonel E.F. Smith may be obtained from the Solicitor to the Treasury and transmitted to the Government of India.
