Reporting in reply to His Lordship`s Despatch No. 57 (Judicial), dated the 30th December last, what steps have been taken by the Government of India in view of the accession of India to the International Copyright Convention and the provisions of the International Copyright Act, 1886, to give effect to the arrangements entered into under that Convention.

The National Archives of India is on a mission to digitize and make available online each and every record in its repositories. This is an ongoing effort and some records will be made available before the others.
