Decision that a selected Lieutenant-Colonel of the Indian Medical Service, granted an extra pension of Rs. 100 per annum who may attain the age of 55 within the financial year to which the pension relates should, during the period of the war, be treated as supernumerary from the date of attaining that age, instead of the 1st April following promotion being made in his place from the former date.
