Supply of uniform to children of railway employee in Primary Schools/Class in railway schools and non-railway schools run by railway employee themselves in railway colonies- ceiling for eligibility raised from Rs. 440 p.m. upto and including Rs. 1400 p.m. vide letter dated 11.6.87 (S. No. 34) -It was decided that from academic session 1989-90, Two sets of teriycot uniform per annum perchild should be supplied (instead of 3 sets of Khadi Dosouti) in the colour and style prescribed for (ubs/ Bulbuls and Scouts/ Guides and the ceiling on cost per set fixed at Rs.65 (letter dt. 28.3.89 at S.No. 45). Children in non-railway schools also covered by instructions of 28.3.89 vide letter dt. 3.8.90 at S.NO. 55. - Ceiling on cost of uniform per set further revised to Rs.100 vide letter dt. 14.8.92
