Fixation of seniority of non - Gazetted staff in non- selection posts - those who are unable to appear at the suitability test. Decision:- that where an employee is unable to appear at a selection or a suitability test due to T.B. or Deprosy, he should be Allowed to appear at another selection or test normally within one month from the date of resumption to dyty, provided he returns to duty within one year from the date of the original selection or suitability test. if found suitable in the selection or in the test he should be given his due position which he would have attained had he appeared at the original selection or suitability test. such employees should be promoted against the vacanyed/ occuring their being declared selected or after their being declared selection or suitable I.e. without regarding the Juniors, if any, promoted earlier
