Insertion of a rule in the Army Regulations India, Volume I, Part I, providing that officers of the Staff Corps, Indian Army and Indian Medical Service, in permanent civil employ, lent temporarily to Military Department, ipso facto revert to the civil Department if they proceed on leave.
