I.M.S. officers in civil employ--------Decision than ----temporarily recalled to Military duty do not lose the benefit of service in civil employ for leave under the civil leave rules exact in the case of those who are in temporary civil employ and do not hold a lien on these civil part on temporary recall to military duty.Decision that an I.M.S. officer (Civil) need not necessarily revert at the end of the military duty to the post in civil employ from which proceeded on such duty because a govt. servant belonging to a cadre holds a lien on one of the post in the cadre and not on any particular post in the cadre.
