In reply to Military Despatch No. 44, dated 7th March, 1873, States that he has determined to grant to the widow of the Reverend F. C. Fagan, late a Chaplain on the Bengal Establishment, a pension of 5o pound per annum, during widow head, from the 22nd August, 1872, the date of his husband`s death.
