From Reverend Sir J. G. Fraser London - With reference to Financial Resolution dated 31st August 1858 states that the late Mr. Simon Fraser allowed his brother John Pound 220 a year up to his death for the support of himself & family as he held no permanent appointment & that no salary has yet been assigned him in his appointment as Vice Consulate at aid in and depends upon him for the suppore of his wife & 3 children - which may be ent short by his taking pension or accedental death, Under these circumstances & considering the amount of Valuable property destroyed by the Mutineers & the lingthened period for which the late Mr. S. Fraser contributed to the Amunity Fund renews his petition for compensation for losses on behalf of his brother & family.
