Forwards for consideration a copy of correspondence with the Board of Education on the subject of the recognition of service completed in schools in India by teachers trained under the Board`s regulations. Requests that the Board`s letter may be communicated to local Governments and that he may in due course be furnished with the views of the Government of India upon the Boards proposal.
