Withdrawal of the orders contained in Home Department letter no. 230 dated the 25th March 1902, which permitted of special scale of allowance at reduced rates instead of halting allowance at the ordinary rates to policemen who were deputed for a special purpose from one district of the Bombay Presidency to another.
