Grant of local allowance at the rate of one-third and one-fourth of salaries according to the nature of their duties to head constables of the 1st and 2nd grades who were sent on duty from other districts to Nasik in connection with the Nasik conspiracy case of 1910. Rejection of the proposal of the Govt. of Bombay to extend to head constables of the 1st and 2nd grades of the scale of daily allowance granted to officers of the 3rd grade when transferred on special duty from one district to another.
