Sanction to the grant of Rs. 1500 to Mr. E.J.C. Patterson, Executive Engineer, North Western Railway, as hire for the use of his car by the staff of the Nushki Extension Railway from 1st February 1918 to the 30th April 1919, at the rate or Rs. 100 per mensem.
