Recommendation on behalf of Rai Bahadur Risaldar Kashi Nand, Extra Assistant Commissioner, N. W. Frontier Province, that a certain portion of his military service may count as qualifying for civil pension. Proposal that Indian Commissioned officers entering civil employ and serving therein for not less than ten years should be allowed to count for civil pension such portion of their military service not exceeding ten years as they have rendered since the age of, 24.
