Proposal to allow Risaldar Kashi Nand, Inspector of the Dir Levies, to count towards Civil pensions such a member of years of his military Service as will, on his retirement, bring his service in the Civil Department up to 25 years; and also to exempt him from the operation of Article 478(a) of the Civil Service Regulations. Kashi Nand permitted to retain his military rank and wear the uniform of his regiment after his final transfer to the Civil Department
