Sanction to the grant to all duftries of the Government of India Secretariats and Imperial Records Department while serving in Calcutta, whether permanent of temporary, of a local allowance of such an amount as will raise their total emoluments to a minimum of Rs 15 a month.

The National Archives of India is on a mission to digitize and make available online each and every record in its repositories. This is an ongoing effort and some records will be made available before the others.
