In reply to letter No 7 of 3rd Instant informing him that the Govr Genl has determined to accude to the proposal of Raie Jotepersond Bahadoor to submit the matters in despute between the Govt and himself to the arbitration of the cannel on both sides subject to the final determination of his Lordship states the points to which the artitrations enquiries should be limited.
