Transmits for information and record copy correspondence with the quarter master genl of the army sanctioning the revison of his establishments of the guide and intelligence department and adding a subaltern officer to his office on a staff alowance of 100 Rs P.M and an increas of pay to the staff serjqnt the pay and audit department to be informed.
