In reply to despatch No 10310 of the 11th ultimo submitting on application from the Superintending engineer North western provinces to be allowed to transfer to the Umballa church committee the making up the seats for the church bungalow at that station as they are desirous of Expending from their own funds about 300 rs in excess of the sum allowed in the Estimate.
