Proposing to appropriate the proceeds of the sale of the great Guns at Agra to the Construction of the permanent Boat Bridge Opposite the city, as being in the opinion of Mr. Commissioner Macsween a public work of great Convenience and Calculated to promote the increasing commerece of that Town.
