Publishing a proclamation issued by his govr genl of indivan council dated ootacmound the 16th June 1834 and copies of comissions of govt and of a separate commisions appointing his lordship comdr in chief of India and directing the proclamation and commission be read o the troops with the ususal arcmaones.
