In continuation of letter No 622 of 17th march last transmits copy of an Extract from the Foreign Department on the subject of extentding the limits of the seathote catnonmetns mst the view of Keeping the cuttivation at Proper distance the plan submitted with his letter No 111 of 20th Febuary .
