To Chief Secretary - Acknowledge a Letter of 4th March last Transmit copy of Correspondence from Captain inverarity & state that it has been dumed proper to delay issuing any further orders on the subject until this Government shall be forward with a Communication of His Excellency`s wishes, relative to the representation now submitted.
