With reference to Military Department letter No 472 and 62 of 16th may 1851, and 6th Febuary last submits for consideration and orders an original communication from the officers in charge 1st Compy 7th native infantry stating that Jemadar Herrah sing of that regiment has been subjected to a double payment of stamp duty.
