In consideration of the orders of the 16th Instant I have the honor to state for the information of Government that in addition to the Carriage and Establishment detailed as on duty with the Commissary General on the 1st November, eight Bearers who were employed with the Round House Depot appear to have been detached with his Camp on the 1st of December last. The charge for them appears in Current Pandu Dak Summons for January last, audit of which has just been completed. Annexed herewith from the Audit Statement is the note entered respecting this charge and I now solicit the orders of Government in regard to the admission of or otherwise of the same.
