Suggestions from Mr. Srinivsan for some changes in the Govt. of India Act, 1935 and in the Domicile rules in order that sons of persons domiciled in provinces but employed in States who acquire State domicile by reason of their birth in States may be deemed as subjects of the Dominion of India for the purpose of entry to the public services under the Dominion and the Provl. Govts.
