Transmits, for inforamtion & necessary orders, copies of Communication from the Foreign Dept. & of a letter to the Adjutt. General of the Army, sanctioning the several purposals that have been made relative to the arrangements for constructing the post of Bahadoor Khail. & the Working pay of the Irregular troops employed thereon.
