In reply to a despatch of the 27th December last, transmits, for publication, a General order, & for record, copy thereof, appointing Coll. J. Bell, 22nd Madras, Native Infantry, a Brigadier of the 1st Class, & to the Commanded of the Hyderabad Subsidiary Force, vice Brigadier J.P. James, appointed to the Divisional staff of that Army.
