Wtih refce to an ext. of the 5th instt. informs that the rules dated 24th july last for the grant of leave of absence to the uncovenanted service apply to all chasses of uncovenanted servants and clerks who are employed by Govt. in a civil capacity and are not liable to mily low and Rules O.P. returned.
