Read a Despatch No. 76 of 1859, dated the 4th August, from the Right Honble the Secretary of State for India, intimating - Para 1st - That the undermentioned Civil and Uncovenanted Servants of the Bengal Establishment have been permitted to return to their duty Vizt.
