Stating that the limited number of copies of the London Gazettes received by Govt. from the Home Authorities do not admit of one copy being made available for the use of his office but that the File in this Dept. will be at his desposal whenever required and that the Gazettes as received will be sent to him for perusal before being filed in the Mily. Department.
