Transmitting with reference to bengal g. o. no.225 of 1836 a gradation list of the colonel on this establishment whose promotion oto that rank may be affected by the promtion on or after the 5th June 1829 of clonel of the madras army requesting a scinilar list of colonels of the madras army and communicating certain instruction conected with the subject.
