With reference to the Copy of a letter to his address from the Director General of post office States that the funds out of which the Bungalow in question was builts were supplied by the Bombay Govt. and not by the Post office Deptt. and as he cannot have the use of Bungalow in any way wishes the post office Deptt. to pay the amount that another building may be erected.
