With reference to Major Hannyugton having favored the Directors of the Bengal Mily. fund, with the tems on which he considers the officers holding unattched Commission may be allowed to become subscribers to the fund staes that the Directors will admit from 1st Janury 1852, according to the rates laid down in the annexed table, those unattached officers who may wish to become subscribers on condition that they engage to pay the difference between the rate in the table. & those which the actuary of the fund may determine they in the same manner receiving back any excess.
