Bring to Agent`s notice that the Commt. officer in camp will not acknowledge and recognize his Gomashta that he has right to Govt. stores on camp- Suggests that an officer be appointed to superintend the Depot in Camp and States that no money should pass through his Gomashta`s hand except, when it can be paid daily into Treasury.
