Governor of the Bond he would have been favorably reported on etc Referring to Courts Division No. 126 of 1855 dated 12th December which recognizes the interference of the Supreme Government when the claims of a senior officer to primation in due turn as has been his case without cause set aside prays that of his complaint be throught to be based on just grounds the sentunents of the suprence Government be known to the Lieut.Governor that his claims to further advancement in the service may be recognize.
