Having received no reply to the reference made to the Secy. to the Chief Commander Central Provinces asking for perwanahs for teak wood at Seonee required for Govt. use etc. request that should it be out of the pawer the A.G.G. to grant a perwanah which will be of Service at Seonee he will address the Chief commander on the subject.
