Proposal of the Govt. of Bengal (a) that the service rendered by certain members of the soubordinate staff of the joint customs and excise testing station at calcutta prior to the 1-1-1913 should count towards pension and (b) that the orders sanctining the revision of the staff in question should take effect from the 1-1-1913.
