Sanction to the continuance of the joint Customs and Excise testing station at Calcutta as a permanent measure and to the alteration of designation of the officer in charge of that station to that of ``Chemical Examiner for Customs and Excise``. Revision of the subordinate staff attached to the station, and the addition to that staff temporarity of a Laboratory Assistant on Rs. 50 per mensem with effect from the 3rd February 1903.
