Ruling that the expression British troops in paragraph 386, Army Regulations, India, Volume I, regarding the grant of capitation allowance to clergymen, applies not only to officers and soldiers of British units, but also to all other persons of these denominations who are subject to the Army Act and are on military duty at the same station.
