Decision that the appointment of second Assistant Port Officer, Rangoon, should be made pensionable, that it should be exempted from the operation of Articles 478 (a) of the Civil Service Regultions, and that Mr. W. H. Allen, the present incumbent of the appointment, should be exempted from the operation of that Article.
