Advice given to Lady G. Pearson in Kashmir that there is no objection to her sending to England packets of fins or sultanas by parcel post provided each packet does not exceed 11 lbs in weight and that there is at present no objection in England to the import by parcel post of food stuffs except tea sugar and flour.
