To Director General - Agrees with him as to the rule he has established in regard to the Ship Postage on Foreign Newspapers, - Does not approve of the course proposed by him as to unpaid packets of imported Newspapers weighing more that 12 tolahs Points out the course by which people can obriate the delay in the receipt of Packets containing Newspapers - as regards unpaid packets weighing less thatn 12 tolahs, has no objection to them being sent by the letter Post at a charge of single Newspaper Postage for each Newspapers contained in the Packet.
