Grant of an all-year-round enhanced rate of local allowance to the sub-post-masters, certain junior postal staff and clerks employed in the post offices in Simla in place of the existing local land winter allowances at present drawn by these officias and sanction to the retention of this allowance at Delhi by men transferred there on account of the move of the Government of India.
