Proposed grant of the monthly allowance of R100 allowed by therules to officers of the Military Works Services in the North-West Frontier Province who have passed the examinationin Pashtu by the Higher Standard prior to 25th June 1909,and have already drawn the lump sum reward of R800,provided they refund the reward or forego the allowance foreight months from the 25th June 1909 or any subsequent date on which they may be re-employed in the Province.
