Sanction to the proposal that all executive officers of the Military Works Services who have received or shall hereafter receive the reward of Rs 800 for passing the Pashtu examination by the Higher Standard shall be permitted, if or when serving in the North-West Frontier Province (excluding the Hazara District), to draw the allowance of Rs 100 per mensem on refund of the reward.
